We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza! The location is perfect for family outings. we enjoyed visiting the Oakland Zoo which was just a short drive away. The rooms were clean, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed, especially when traveling with small kids.

My kids wished there were more options for kid-friendly meals. Perhaps a dedicated children's menu would be great for families.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Easy access to the highway made travel convenient. The staff provided really good service when I lost my wallet. Plenty of dining options nearby for meals. A pleasant experience during my stay.
